I talked about the 424 Fifth label last week and will be talking about it again this week. Lord and Taylor has created a feminine line that can be edgy or dainty. It just depends on your mood. Can you guess my mood today?

A palm tree pencil skirt may not be for everyone but it is a lot easier to style then one may think. I decided to wear a pastel pink light weight sweater from JCrew to compliment the serene beach scene. A classic button down would work just as well. Going on vacation? Why not try this with a tee shirt or even a crop top (you know I’m looking for the perfect crop top as I type this).

For a very feminine silhouette I chose a classic handbag you’d find in your grandmother’s closet and went with nude heels so as not to distract from that amazing print in the skirt. Don’t be afraid to mix your pastels – pink and blue, yellow and pink, mint greet and pink – they add interest. My newest Cocoa Jewelry Bracelet and matching earrings (which you can’t see in the photos) completed the look. I may have found my easter outfit.

424 Fifth is my new obsession. I only have one piece so far, but I plan of picking up more soon, maybe for my birthday in May!

This is so feminine and beautiful! I can’t decide on my favourite piece… is it your skirt, the handbag, nude heels (I love nude shoes!!) or your bracelet?
