The weather in Toronto has been temperamental to say the least – you never know what you’re going to get. Then there are my obsessions with this popcorn sweater from Banana Republic and this pink skirt from Pink Tartan. Pairing it together is very 80s/90s and you’ll see this silhouette everywhere. This is allowing for a more relaxed type of dressing. It’s not sloppy or casual, clothing is just not close to the body or overly fitted.

I am trying to make more of an effort to show how to wear the same pieces of clothing in different ways for a variety of reasons. I have already paired this sweater with a black midi skirt here and I featured the pink skirt here. What I’m afraid of is that you will get bored with me. Sound off below if this is something you are interested in seeing.

Hope everyone had a great weekend and happy Monday.

Iva I just love this. It’s so elegant, but I feel it looks also very casual and not ‘stuffy’. (did that make sense? lol). Still loving the hair!

In love with this super soft combo, loooove it! That skirt is beautiful!!!

Great idea! I don’t think it’s boring at all. When I love something I want to wear it a lot. Also, it helps people see the potential in items they already have vs. the always looking to purchase new items. I love the popcorn sweater, but it sold out! Enjoy yours, so pretty.

love these pieces together, and the shoes add such a modern touch

I love both pink and the midi skirts so obviously this combo is right up my street. Also, this post reminds me that I really do need to get me some leopard shoes. Raaawrrr!

Great look. Have you thought about pairing your black ankle booties with your culottes or black ankle pants? This is something I’d like to see.

I love seeing the same pieces mixed up. Gives me more ideas on how to do it myself. I will never get bored with you IVA!!
