I am still feeding my cape obsession and it’s because I love the drama. I don’t like personal drama but I can get behind wardrobe drama – especially when everyone has access to this type of drama. I wanted to pair this cape with an outfit that would showcase how great this cape was and I couldn’t narrow down one outfit so I am featuring two outfits – this classic LBD (seen here) and my culottes (seen here and here).
I love saying “the cheap is expensive”. This white button down from Pink Tartan was a splurge but after purchasing several less expensive shirts I could have bought two of this one. The other’s didn’t wash well, sit well or look great a year later. This one button down is all I need for a while. Lesson learned.
